This 17th day of July of 2026 notice is hereby given that the Mount Pleasant Beer Board will meet on Tuesday, August 4, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. in the Tom Hardin Room at Mount Pleasant City Hall to consider the application of the following individual to sell beer for “On Premise” consumption at the designated location. 

(1)   Applicant: Mrs. Casey D. Boshers, DBA 166 Bar & Grille, at 7601 Enterprise Road, Mount Pleasant, Tennessee 38474.  

This public notice is given as provided by Ordinance 2025-1132 of the City of Mt. Pleasant.

The Mount Pleasant City Commission will meet in regular session on Tuesday, August 18, 2026 at 6:00 pm in the Tom Hardin Room at City Hall.

The following item will be on the agenda for public hearing, discussion and

approval:

(a) Ordinance 2026-1146 - (Public Hearing/Final Reading) - An Ordinance of the City of Mount Pleasant, Tennessee amending Title 4, Chapter 6 of the Mount Pleasant municipal code relating to travel rules, regulations, and procedures.

(b) Ordinance 2026-1147 – (Public Hearing/Final Reading) – An Ordinance of the City of Mount Pleasant, Tennessee amending Title 17, Chapter 3 of the Mount Pleasant municipal code relating to open burning.

(c) Ordinance 2026-1148 – (Public Hearing/Final Reading) – An Ordinance amending Title 14, Zoning and Land use control of the Mount Pleasant municipal code, the same being the Zoning Ordinance for the City of Mount Pleasant, Tennessee, including the municipal zoning map incorporated therein by rezoning a property from low density residential (R1) to highway commercial (CH) approved rezone - -1681 North Main Street.

The public is invited to attend this meeting. This notice is given as provided in T.C.A., §8-44-103. There will be an opportunity for the public to make comments. Anyone wanting to speak on an agenda item listed may do so by signing up before the meeting begins.
