MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY INCLUDE: High school degree or GED must be 21 years of age and have a valid Driver’s License. Applicants must furnish a copy of birth certificate and high school diploma or GED certificate with their application. All candidates must successfully complete a thorough background investigation, physical examination and drug screening.
Salary range $16.75-$21.24 per/hr., with possible education incentive and excellent benefits package.

The City of Mount Pleasant is accepting applications for Collection/Distribution/Gas Field Technician
JOB SUMMARY: Under general direction of the Public Works Director, assists in the operation and maintenance of the water distribution system, the sewer collection system and Gas system. Operates equipment and performs regular, recurring, and non-routine tasks for maintenance, repair, and installation for the water distribution, wastewater and gas systems
MINIMUM REQURMENTS TO APPLY INCLUDE: Must be at least 18 years of age and have High School diploma or GED equivalent. Must have a valid Tennessee driver’s license. Salary range $18.01-$19.39 per/hr., with possible education incentive and excellent benefits package.
