Applicant Raymond Workman, is requesting a Conditional Use for construction of a 720sf single-bay metal garage in the rear yard of his property located at 108 Edgewood Street. This property further identified on Tax Map 133I F 003.07 and legally recorded at Maury County Register of Deeds office. A metal structure does not meet the construction standards set forth in Zoning Ordinance Section 10.8 (b) unless given approval through this board.
