NOTICE OF SPECIAL CALLED MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

The Board of Commissioners (the “Board”) of the City of Mount Pleasant, Tennessee (the “City”) will hold a special called meeting, open to the public, at 6:00 p.m., C.S.T. on October 29, 2020, at the Mount Pleasant City Hall in the Tom Hardin Room for the purposes of (i) considering and adopting a resolution authorizing the issuance of not to exceed $5,000,000 general obligation bonds of the City for the purposes of (a) financing certain capital improvements within the City, including but not limited to the construction, renovation, repair and equipping of City buildings and facilities and the acquisition of City vehicles and (b) refunding prior bonds of the City; and (ii) considering any other matters that may properly come before the Board.  This notice is published pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated, Sections 8-44-101 et seq.
