a. Ordinance 2020-1060 – (First Reading) – An Ordinance to amend Ordinance 2020-1055 said Ordinance appropriating the revenues and expenses of operating and maintaining the departmental functions of the City of Mount Pleasant, Tennessee for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2020 and ending June 30, 2021; providing an effective date.
b. Ordinance 2020-1061 – (First Reading) – An Ordinance amending Water and Sewer Rates and Charges for the City of Mount Pleasant, Tennessee as set forth in Schedule A, Section 18-125 of the Mount Pleasant Municipal Code.
c. Ordinance 2020-1062 – (First Reading) – An Ordinance to establish rules and regulation for the parks and greenways of the City of Mount Pleasant, Tennessee.
d. Resolution 2020-36 – A Resolution approving the State of Tennessee Deferred Compensation Plan II, 401(k) Resolution and Participating Employer Agreement and the Tennessee State Employees Deferred Compensation Plan and Trust, 457(b) Resolution and Participating Employer Agreement for the City of Mount Pleasant and the City Manager and authorizing the Mayor of the City of Mount Pleasant, Tennessee to execute same.
e. Resolution 2020-37 – A Resolution of support and commitment of funds for a Multi-
Jurisdictional Hazard Mitigation Grant Program.
f. Resolution 2020-38 – State Acquisition of Martin Methodist College establishing a fourth undergraduate campus of the University of Tennessee System.
g. Resolution 2020-39 – A Resolution for Maury County, Tennessee in cooperation with the City of Mount Pleasant to submit an application to the State of Tennessee Community Development Block Grant Program.
