a. Ordinance 2021-1070 – (First Reading) – An Ordinance of the City of Mount Pleasant, Tennessee, lowering the speed limit on Main Street.
b. Ordinance 2021-1071 – (First Reading) – An Ordinance considering a recommendation from the Planning Commission regarding a requested amendment to Title 14, Zoning and Land Use Control, Chapter 2, Zoning Ordinance, of the Mount Pleasant Municipal Code, the same being the Zoning Ordinance for the City of Mount Pleasant, Tennessee, including the Municipal Zoning Map incorporated therein.
c. Ordinance 2021-1072 – (First Reading) – An Ordinance considering a recommendation from the planning Commission regarding a requested amendment to Title 14, Zoning and Land Use Control, Chapter 2, Zoning Ordinance, of the Mount Pleasant Municipal Code, the same being the Zoning Ordinance for the City of Mount Pleasant, Tennessee, including the Municipal Zoning Map incorporated therein.
d. Resolution 2021-9 – A Resolution of the City of Mount Pleasant, Tennessee to authorize the City to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Lose Designs for Construction Documents for Administrative Offices and Secondary Firehall.
e. Resolution 2021-10 – A Resolution by the City of Mount Pleasant, Tennessee declaring certain Mount Pleasant Fire Department inventory as surplus property and authorizing the sale of this property.
