Preliminary Plat Review: PC-121421 (PP)-1 - Owner, Mr. Justin Hicks, has submitted a preliminary plat for a portion of the property located on Map 127, Parcel 25.00 Magnolia Drive for a straight zone R-3 project consisting of 104 lots with minimum 5,000-sf per lot situated on 20.9 acres. Additionally, a variance request is submitted for corner lot setbacks to be reduced from 20’ to 15’ along the “side” road.
Final Plat Review: PC-121421 (FP) - Owner, Tri-Star Energy, LLC, has submitted a final plat for property located on Tax Map 151, Parcel 070.04 Oakwood Drive in order to create one lot and dedicate public right-of-way. The total site is 74.189 acres.

Zoning Text Amendment - Staff is presenting a zoning text amendment concerning CN-Neighborhood Commercial zone. The change reflects two additional permitted uses proposed to be added to the zone which are; Single-Family Dwellings and Two-Family Dwellings in order to leverage the interest for residential settings in close proximity to the Downtown Commercial District supporting economic growth.

Ordinance for Conversion to One-Way Streets - Staff is presenting an ordinance for review to convert Conway Street and Gray Street into one-way streets following a study by The University of Tennessee Municipal Technical Advisory Service.
