The Mount Pleasant Municipal Planning Commission will hold its regularly scheduled meeting in the Tom Hardin Room at Mount Pleasant City Hall on Tuesday, February 9, 2021 at 6 P.M. The agenda items are as follows:
1. Rezoning Requests: PC-02092021 (RZ1), PC-02092021 (RZ2), PC-02092021 (RZ3)
- Owner, Bona-Fide Holdings TN, LLC, are requesting a rezoning of 500 1st Ave. from CN-Neighborhood Commercial to IL-Light Industrial further identified on Tax Map 133G H 001.00 and legally recorded in Deed Book R2652 page 303 at the Maury County Register of Deeds. Reason for request is for an opportunity to expand services at location by starting a fabrication shop inside of the structure. (RZ1)
- Owner, Cole Investments LLC, are requesting a split rezoning of 911-917 and 3 N. High properties from R1-Low Density Residential to R3-High Density Residential and IL-Light Industrial further identified on Tax Map 133H D 009-012 1ST Ave and Tax Map 133H D 026-028 N. High St. respectively and legally recorded at the Maury County Register of Deeds in Deed Book R2679. Reason for request is to develop 1.32 acres along 1st Ave. for construction of Mini-Storage units and to develop the remaining 0.56 acres along N. High St. from R1-Low Density Residential to R3-High Density Residential, further identified on Tax Map 133H D 008.01 legally recorded at the Maury County Register of Deeds in Deed Book R2675 page 777.
