The Mount Pleasant Municipal Planning Commission will hold its regularly scheduled meeting in the Tom Hardin Room at Mount Pleasant City Hall on Tuesday, November 10, 2020 at 6 P.M. The agenda items are as follows: 

1.      Plat Approvals: PC-111020-FP

·         Owner, Alec Seaman, represented by Rhodes Engineering, has submitted a final plat for the development of 49 residential lots in the Sugar Creek Subdivision located on 17.19 acres, identified on Tax Map 133 Parcel 9.00.

2.      Site Plan Approval Requests: PC-111020-SP

·         Applicant, GCP Applied Technologies and contractor, Evers Construction, are requesting a site plan approval for future construction of a 30,450sf industrial building expanding the current footprint of the existing facility located at 350 Magnolia Dr. Property is further identified as Tax Map 127 Parcel 025.03 and on file at the Register of Deeds Office of Maury Co. Deed Book R2353 Pg. #656.
