The Mount Pleasant Municipal Planning Commission will hold its regularly scheduled meeting in the Tom Hardin Room at Mount Pleasant City Hall on Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at 6 P.M. The agenda items are as follows:   

1.      Site Plan Amendment Requests: PC-111219-SP2

Owner, Acts Family Church, represented by Mr. Tim Paul is requesting a site plan amendment concerning parking lot cover for the project at 188 S. Cross Bridges Rd.

Whereas, the original plan and approval from PC indicated asphalt binder for future topcoat was to be placed on site, the amendment request is for two layers of tar and chip to be allowed instead of approved binder.
