The Department of Building and Planning strive to make the process for Land Development as fluid and efficient as possible for developers and investors alike. We encourage any developers and/or investors of prospective developments to contact our office to set up a pre-application meeting, during which we can more accurately guide you through the process. For first time and even experienced developer's we suggest reading our Development Guidelines, which outlines the processes you may encounter.
