• Applicant Stephen Fisher, located at 107 3rd Ave., further described on Tax Map 133G E 003.00 and recorded at Maury County Register of Deeds in Deed Book R2312 pg. 1369 is requesting a Conditional Use Permit for construction of a 24’x30’ metal garage in the rear yard of said property. Construction standards shall meet the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance Section 10.8 (B) requiring board approval under a conditional use.
