The Mount Pleasant Municipal Planning Commission will hold its regularly scheduled meeting in the Tom Hardin Room at Mount Pleasant City Hall on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at 6 P.M. The agenda items are as follows:   

1.      Site Plan Amendment Requests: PC-011221 (SP1)

·  Owner, Maury County Investments represented by Developer, Evers Construction, is requesting a site plan approval concerning properties at 119 S. Main St. along with a gravel parking lot across S. Main St., being further identified on Tax Map 130 O Parcel 030.01 & 031.00. Reason for request is for future development and reconstruction of existing building and parking area for mixed-use.
