The Mount Pleasant Board of Zoning Appeals will hear request submittals. The agenda item is as follows: 

a)      Conditional Use Permit Request: BZA-10112021(CU) 

Applicant is requesting a conditional use permit for property located at 200 North College Street. The property is further identified on Tax Map 133H Group D Parcel 024.00 and legally recorded at Maury County Register of Deeds office. The purpose for this request is to cover the exterior walls of a 240-sf detached accessory structure with metal cladding. 

b)     Setback Variance Request: BZA-09132021(VR) 

Applicant is requesting a front yard setback reduction from 30’ to 25’ and a side yard setback reduction from 15’ to 5’ on property located at 601 South Main St, further identified on Tax Map 133O Group K Parcel 014.00, and legally recorded at Maury County Register of Deeds office. The reason for this request is to be able to utilize the lot for new construction of a single-family dwelling.
