The Mount Pleasant Municipal Planning Commission will hold its regularly scheduled meeting in the Tom Hardin Room at Mount Pleasant City Hall on Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at 6 P.M. The agenda items are as follows:
1. Plat Approvals: PC-101221 (FP1)
Owner has submitted a final plat for review concerning lot line changes and property re-subdivision regarding property located at 202 Edgewood Street. The proposal would re-subdivide the property at 202 Lawrence Street into two parcels; Lot 1 being 18,013 square feet and Lot 2 being 34,890 square feet.
2. Rezone Request: PC-101221 (RZ1)
Owner has submitted a rezone request for review requesting a change of property located at 209 N. Main St. from current zoning, CN-Neighborhood Commercial to that of R3-High Density Residential for the purpose of utilizing said structure as a single-family residence.
3. Site Plan Review: PC-101221 (SP1)
Owner has submitted a site plan review request for property located at 101 S. Main St. proposing to add a second story to existing single-story building. The renovation will accommodate the second story and will include a new façade and first floor renovations.
